主要研究方向

本课题组主要聚焦作物微生物组的多样性和功能研究,挖掘微生物组与作物之间的互作关系。综合采用宏基因组、宏转录组、代谢组、分子遗传学和系统生物学等多技术交叉的策略,探索根系、叶际微生物群落对作物生长发育、养分协同以及逆境抗性的生物学功能,探究微生物组促进作物生长的潜力。
